I have never been treated soo pourly its called respect. I loved the doctors which really is hard to find. But when their front office is rude. And is seriously no help always putting you on hold for atleast five -ten min three or four times a phone call. Arguing with a patient which I dont think they are the doctors. learn customer service and some damn respect.

This place is a joke! I went for a physical and to get a pcp referral to my OB for SoonerCare to get my tubes tied. First I was there waiting for a total of 3 hours and the doc prescribed me a bunch of meds i don't need and on top of that I never had my bloodwork done because I got tired of waiting for the nurse to "get back from lunch"my appointment was at 1 and by 4 I walked out. Then it turns out they sent my referral to the wrong OB and here I am 3 weeks later at my pre-op appointment just to find out they STILL haven't sent it over! My SoonerCare runs out in 2 weeks!!! I can't believe this!!

This is literally the worst clinic I have ever been to. I came here on a recommendation. As it was well out of my way I would have never come here had it not been for the referral. After walking into the clinic, which appeared to be a run down strip mall unit, I first noticed a faint smell of mold and about 6 nasty nasty sofas to sit on in the waiting area. Which you better get comfortable because you are going to be there for a while. The employees in the front are god awful rude and assume you are nothing but a bottom of the barrel patient. After finally getting to the back and seeing the doctor, I was treated like a drug abuser anytime a word associated with pain came out of my mouth. The doctor basically called me a liar on multiple occasions. I can see where they would expect to get patients like that in such a bad area of town (and looking at how bad their clinic is), but a doctor should not assume that of every patient. After my initial visit I was then asked to come to the clinic with an appointment anytime I needed even the smallest of answers leading me to believe they were trying to run my insurance through their clinic as many times as possible before I figured that out. I visited 3 times before I decided they were only in it for the money, as each visit was exactly the same. This clinic did nothing but try to take advantage of me so please, if you're reading this, take my advice and stay away from this clinic like I should have in the first place.

I am currently sitting at this slow as heck clinic. Have been here since 8 and its now 3 till 11. This is the worst service I have ever dealt with. Would have been faster to just go to the ER. I advise ppl to stay away from this crappy place

I 100% would not recommend this clinic.. I had an appointment and my two daughters as well... The physician just was totally unprofessional and way out of line. He asked my 8 year old daughter if she does cocaine! What kind of question is that??? So unprofessional and uncalled for.. He then said that she might have a roach in her ear.. That's a bunch of bull. On top of that.. he tried to do a pelvic exam.... SHE'S ONLY 8 YEARS OLD... IT'S ILLEGAL TO DO AN EXAM ON CHILDREN... UNLESS THERE IS A PROBLEM THERE... TRUST ME.. I KNOW... ALL THE RULES OF THE HIPPA REGULATIONS WERE VIOLATED AND NOT UPSTANDING. I'M TAKING THE NEXT STEP FORWARD AND PRESSING CHARGES AGAINST THIS CLINIC. IT'S NOT UP TO PAR AND STANDARDS FOR ANY ONE. THERE WASN'T EVEN A NURSE.. WELL.. A HELPER IN THE ROOM WHILE HE WAS DOING THE EXAM ! I HAD MY BABY DAUGHTER 2 MONTHS AGO.. MEANING I'M CURRENT ON MY PAP .. HE TRIED TO DENY ME THE DEPO SHOT IF I DIDN'T DO A PELVIC EXAM... I JUST HAD ONE DONE.. WHAT KIND OF MESS IS THAT??? OH YEAH... I'M SO ANGRY AND PISSED AT THIS CLINIC.. HIM MOSTLY IN GENERAL ! ! ! CLINIC NOT WORTH GOING TO!! AS GOD IS MY WITNESS... DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC..

I have three daughters and Im always at the doctor it seems (this one or a specialist). This clinic does take a while but the cover everything. I didnt know that my daughter was allergic to food, I just thought it was seasonal but the took her blood and tested it for everything allergies, anemia and everything else and she is only four. They make sure they are doing there job instead of getting people out to see the next patient. Not only that they have a walk in clinic as well. They do a great job I would tell any and everybody to there the service is worth the wait!!!

UH wake up in the morning to take my brother there for his physic.nnnnooooooooo.Ugh it was really bad. I had to stay ther for 4 hours.why.......
