Let me start from the beginning. About a month or two ago my husband was very sick. He was running a high fever. It was a saturday so I took him to the nearest Medex urgent care I could find because it was close to our house and my insurance is covered there. We get there, we fill out the appropriate paper work and then sit down. About an hour and a half later we get called up the the front desk and the young lady tells us that her computers are down and she can't get our insurance to go through...
