I order from these girls all the time. Ordered the "Tower of Love" for Valentine's Day and was blown away. I have never seen anything like it and my wife was the talk of the office. Love them! So nice to deal with in person or over the phone. They treat you like family.

I placed an order for a sympathy arrangement in February 2012. The arrangement was to represent the contribution of ten to twelve parties. I provided an image of the arrangement we wanted, specifically requesting the arrangement at least meet the details provided with the image. The arrangement provided was 2/3 the height requested and was scant in volume. I requested an adjustment to our charge since replacing the arrangement would have been impractical. The owner did reply but was disinterested in satisfying her customers. I will not use the Blossom Shop again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone
