I ordered a Pendaflex item on their website. It was described and shown as having a special feature. The delivered item did not. ADOS customer service was unresponsive, promising twice to respond back and failed. On the third phone chat with their customer service, they disavowed their website descriptions (blaming them on Pendaflex) and would not honor either providing the correct product or arranging a prepaid return of the incorrect item. Since ADOS' prices are not excellent, their customer service should discourage anyone from using them.
