I called Cenetric on a Friday at 4:30 because our server went down. We couldn't go the weekend with the server down and I was upset! I spoke with Brittany (who is friendly and professional as can be!). Within 35 minutes there was a team of 2 technical guys at our office ready to fix our problem. 15 minutes later, we were up and running.



Now, we've used other computer services before and our experience has been bad. Someone takes several hours to get out and when they finally do, they scratch their heads for awhile and sort of guess at how to fix the problem. The Cenetric guys knew exactly what the problem was was and fixed it. We haven't had problems with the server since. David and Michael did an outstanding job. Those guys really know what they're doing!



I can't tell enough people about how much we love Cenetric!
