On April 20th, I had Dale’s Tow Service tow my car to a service shop. On the way, unfortunately, the tow driver made a costly mistake that further damaged my car. Once I reported the problem to Dale, he went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of as a customer. I was thoroughly satisfied with their customer service and the way they made me feel valued and respected. I would not hesitate to recommend Dale to anyone who needs a tow service.
