These guys are a joke in terms of client care. Airconditioners that do not work. Insufficient staff. The Bourbonnais Bickford house is a complete mess. They are understaffed. A hose runs into the kitchen and has for the last 4 months for dishes to get done. Waste diapers are left inside client rooms. The schedules look like they are hand drawn. The caregivers go well above and beyond for what they are paid. There is insufficient full time staff. I went on the website for Bickford House. It is supposed to be a Christian based caring organization. I suggest that every Eby in charge should go back to church and ask god to forgive him for losing sight of the original basis for creating these homes. SHAME ON YOU. YOU SHOULD PRAY THAT YOU NEVER HAVE TO LIVE IN A PLACE LIKE THIS. CLEAN UP OR ACT OR SHUT IT DOWN.
