Lie to you to get you into contract then when you tell them what the person did they tell you your lying and that persons not in charge of that department

As a member of the Healthridge Fitness Center, I found it to be the best fitness center in the Kansas City area. The Healthridge Fitness Center has all modern equipment to workout with and has the best membership programs to help its members to achieve their health fitness goals. The programs they offer are Fight Club, Boot Camp, Crossfit, Studio Yoga, Pilates, Crossfit Kids, and much more where all level of physical abilities can participate in their daily health activities. People ask me if I would recommend Healthridge Fitness Center and I always say, definitely, because not only is the fitness center one of the greatest, but the staff, trainers and coaches are very exceptional in caring for its members. I personally have benefited from the Healthridge Crossfit program. So, if you're looking for a health fitness center, Healthridge Fitness Center is the place for you.

This is an excellent place to go. Everyone is most helpful and courteous. I love the pools and the jacuzzi ---plus the wet and dry saunas are absolutely wonderful. Everything is immaculate. They provide warm fluffy towels and the attendants are personable and helpful. The program for water aerobic therapy is great. There is also a fantastic chiropractic doctor who provides services there. Dr. Spiess is amazing. He is always glad to accommodate walk-ins.He is very relaxed and helpful to those in pain. This is a tremendous place to relax with an inviting atmosphere. An inviting coffee, juice, smoothie, sandwich, snack bar is there to top everything off. Great place to be.

Health ridge is amazing the past reviews on here are old and out of date from what i can tell they run the place great its clean, the employees are fantastic and helpfull, they have a spa,sauna,hot tub , and steam room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, lap pool , boxing studio, huge cardio floor, huge weights floor with machines , raquet ball courts , yoga,cycling, and group classes all included , and the option of crossfit what more do you want !!

I typically don't complain about buissnes but in this case I am was forced to! Let's begin with the staff, very few smile or greet you when you're at the gym, specially the so call managers!!! and then there's the trainers, if you are not paying them for a session you are invisible to them. and last, I had a back surgery and was forced to stop going for several months, I took a Dr's not and my account has putt on hold for 3 months, well to make my story short, my contract should had expire on 02/12 but up to now I'm still getting charged. I will not recomend this place to my friends ot family.

My had signed up for a two month trial via Groupon. Jared had talked her into getting a 2 month membership to avoid administrative fees. She paid the 1st month and the LAST month and the membership was to be terminated. This wasn't the case. Even after verbal confirmation from Jared that she would not incur any additional charges, she was charged roughly $150 for another month. When asking for a refund for services not utilized, we were told by JoAnne she had to submit a written cancellation to HealthRidge and we would not receive a refund. Horrible business practice. My suggestion, find another gym with ethical business practices and staff.

As a former employee and user of the gym I'd like to first start off and say that Health Ridge does not know how to treat good employees. The management team in place running the facility needs to be let go. They or shall i say "John" has no clue what is good for members or employees. The overall view of the way Health Ridge is run is poor and I would not give them my money. Id go to Lifetime anyday. The club itself is good and clean for the most part. Most employees are nice and i met alot of great members that look for that extra touch of acknowlegement. The cafe is run poorly and is now on their 4th manager in the last 3+ years. There is no consistantsy within the cafe and the employees they hire. I personally know someone who has been there for 3+ years and observed the many problems in the cafe that are never addressed. Some of the people they hire are not deserving of the job and look like they just rolled out of bed. Please Health Ridge get a freakin clue before you go under...
