por favor no vengan a vivir aqui,al final te cobran mucho y todo tu deposito se lo quedan de alguna manera,y si se te paso aVISAR 2 MESES antes te cobran otro mes extra al final la manayer kiva es muy grosera

me gusta mucho vivir en stos apartamentos, tienen muchas comodidades y muy centrico de todo, muy bonitos y tranquilos, ademas el personal que trabaja aqui es muy profecional y agradable, tambien hablan espanol.

les recomiendo venir a vivir aqui, la picina es de agua salada, los apartamentos estan muy limpios y acogedor, es un gusto vivir aqui.

This place is the ghetto of olathe. Police are constantly being called and will even tell you not a good place to live (go to police dept and get call records to kings court you'll be shocked) They rent to anyone legal or not job or not felony or not...., crime , drugs, ect. The people in the rental office care only about money maintence sucks, and they spend more time smoking on the office porch than doing repairs and they never repair things right the first time. Children run unsupervised 2yr olds wander with no parents...This is a terrible place to live...Your rent will be high and specials they run are just to get you in and trap you....BEWARE STAY AWAY.
