Can not believe the staff at Lakemary. I know of a couple of times that reports of verbal abuse were made for staff verbally abusing clients that lived there and unfortunately the staff is still there with a past record of abuse and currently abusing clients. Unbelievable is all I can say. Why would you let this evil person continue to work for the disabled? Very upsetting and glad I don't have my children or friends living there. The office does not seem to care about the clients or what goes on out there. The person in charge of investing reports of abuse,what a joke..so sad. Hope the disabled will be protected somehow. Alot of the behaviors are caused by the staff working there.
