Located in Olathe, Kan., Olathe East High School serves students in grades 9 through 12. The school s academic curriculum includes agriculture, art, English, mathematics, science, music, and health and physical education. In addition, it conducts classes in family and consumer science and applied technology. Olathe East High School offers various extracurricular activities, including the National Honor Society, marching band, and book, computer, greenhouse, interact, science, photography and quilt clubs. In addition, the school offers several sports activities, such as baseball, basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, and track and field. Olathe East High School operates a parent-teacher association that works in partnership with the school s principal and staff, as well as the community to provide programs and services that enhance the educational environment for all its students.
