Talked with the owner today. Nice Man who had answers to all my questions. Will know more after talking with the my Credit Union about a loan.

Ended up buying a 2003 Nissan Maxima in pretty good shape. The Power Train still has a lot of life in it. The car has a little over 100K mile so I'm expecting it to run for another 100K miles. I'm going to take it on for a tune up so it will run more efficiently.
