They gave me a quote of $500.00 for the repair that I needed and told me that it would be done the next day. The next day, I called them to find out if my truck was ready for me to pick up and they told me that they didn't have a chance to work on it...a week later, after several calls, inquiring when it would be ready, I went to get my truck and they wouldn't release it until I paid them $1100.00 which was more than twice the cost that they quoted. I asked to see the part that they replaced and they didn't have the old part that they claimed was bad. They told me that another part, also, needed to be replaced, however, without their knowledge, that part had been replaced a month before I took it to their shop.
I WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP, AGAIN!!!
