They stained our hardwood floors. This project was supposed to take 2 weeks. It took 8 weeks. Keith, the project manager, did not return calls or texts. Excuses given were out of town, personal reasons, staff quit, ect.. Then, when given the opportunity to address these failures they didn't even apologize. The statement was sorry you feel that way. Not even once sorry for the delays and miscommunication. Nothing. To make matters worse, we have little kids who sleep upstairs and were unable to sleep in there rooms for much of the 8 weeks. After making Total Design aware of the situation again a sense of urgency or an apology would have been nice. Instead, we actually got worse communication or a complete lack of communication. An acknowledgement of their failures would have gone a long way. In this case, we just got the arrogance of Keith the project management. Overall, I would not use this company again based on the way we were treated and lack of knowledge of steps.
