I have never met the doctor. However, the office staff is shared by another pediatrician I used, who was great before she moved in with them. They treat her patients like lepers. If you need a physical form filled out, you need to leave work to get it there before 6 p.m.(you can not fax it to them), and be prepared to pick it up again later in the week. Nothing is easy with this staff. You can't ask a question regarding your copay, and what network he participates in or the "manager" (who knows nothing about managing or patient relations), will basically try to make you feel like an idiot and will tell you to find another pediatrician. After you do, they will not send your records unless you pay them $15. The manager is nasty, high-strung, and obviously has no tolerance for Dr. Borromeo's patients, who are used to being treated courteously. I would only recommend this office if you want to be treated like cattle.
