well I, unlike the others, love this place. the girls who do my nails are friendly and always make time for me even when I show up on the fly. my nails always look great and I end up needing a gel fill every three weeks which is a bit longer than other places I have been to. I would never describe the staff as rude. I find them very accommodating, service is great, work is great. sorry you all had bad experiences but I have been going there since they opened and have never had an experience that was anything less than stellar. I get plenty of massage with both hands and feet. everybody compliments me on my nails and I have recommended this salon many times to friends. I even bring my granddaughters in.

Horrible customer service. They were rude and rushed the service. If I were to spend my time and money to go get my nails done, I would expect to get my time and money's worth. Go somewhere that wants your business if I were you.

Poor cheap service. No massage in pedicure. Not much scrubbing or exfoliating. Pedicure service poor . No bowl of water n cloth offered to cleanse hands. Had to go wash in sink. Didn't feel pamper , felt like I was begging for service. And the Asian girl keep saying she won't do nails in future. She needs a lot of improvements if she want to keep doing it part-time! Won't go back there. And waste money for poor service.

Never again! I went to wal mart for few things and I decided to get a gel manicure and it is horrible!! Don't like it at all!but that how it is when u pay cheap! I don't do my nails often so I just decided to stop by when I was there, but never again! And please people next time to go other please! Hope they will close down this place! Horrible service!

Absolutely terrible! I just got my nails done 4 days ago always 4 nails are chipped. I've never ever had this happen until I came here. And she still had the nerve to charge me for gel .. $18 when I brought my own gel polish in. And this is the same polish I use constantly and in many shops and nothing has ever happened. In addition. To that she basically filed down my entire fill in. So basically I paid 16$ for a fill in with less acyric than I had come in with that morning. I will never and could never even think of recommending this place to anyone. The only half upside to this is i just called to complain since I'm sick of every day being a whole nail down. He asked if I wanted to come in to Fix it. But than I thought wtf they are going to end up charging me again. For low class nails I'll stay away I pay alot of money for my nails. Sadly enough the next time I only have a hour an 20 minutes to do my nails. I'd rather go to a simple mall instead. Do not go to the nail salon in walmart unless you want to continue to waist your money

I did not think the salon was clean,I felt that the nail tech had rushed, was not happy with the nail design she did and thought it was ridiculous to charge an extra $15 for it. I would not recommend this place.
