While ive tried to support this business in my hometown, and I have NOT had any mishaps, I can no longer use this dry cleaner--I went in on Tues and waited a full 7 minutes without any acknowledgment or greeting. I walked out, and will find another dry cleaner. too bad. cuz the tailor there was great.

This place has the best location, and the WORST service and dry cleaning. Ripped 2 of my shirts, charged me to clean a shirt, and then full price to clean it again when they didn't remove the stain the first time. Asked for light starch on the color and got starch all over the place, making the shirt stiff, the list goes on and on. Overpriced and not worth the hassle. Go anywhere else but here.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. BEWARE! They ruin clothes and take no accountability. The manager admitted responsibility but the owner apparently does not take any accountability for items they destroy. They are reported to the BBB and have outstanding lawsuits. Save yourself money, clothing and aggravation and go to one of the many the reputable and longstanding cleaners in OG. DON'T TRY THIS ONE - awful!!!

Horrible customer service! Shrunk an expensive silk blouse and basically said "too bad" - blamed it on the owner - who you cannot contact and who only seems to care about making $ - not service.

Not a happy customer. First time use the place and they alrady forgot my delivery.
