My experience with CBHA has been infuriating. While I know it is in high demand to have a psychiatrist, it took months for me to finally get a callback. My therapist recommended a doctor that had changed offices recently, so I had obviously not shown for my appointment that they had switched to another doctor without me knowing. I am out of town and called last week, and twice 24 hours In advance and left multiple voicemails to try to reschedule my most recent appointment. I am now denied and appointment at this location which is a dissapointment because I’ve heard great things on top of having waited so long. Front desk needs work along with a lesson on how to be speak to a client. We are seeking help for issues like anxiety and depression and the rudeness does not help anyone. I would say 80% of my phone calls have gone to voicemail and those clearly are not checked. Now I will have to go through this process all over again elsewhere. Don’t even bother trying with this place.
