"My son considers IHP his 'second home'. While being coached by Tyler and Clai, his 2K time has dropped to a 6:33, his grades have improved, he is confident, and enjoys life. Tyler and Clai promote hard work, being a team player, positive attitudes, and good grades above all else. They are not just coaches, they are role models that I am proud to have as part of my son's life!"

"IHP has been a very positive experience for us. My son is in the best shape he has ever been both physically and mentally. Since starting at IHP, he has shaved off an average of 4 seconds every couple of weeks on his 2k time and earned his highest grades ever in school. Tyler and Clai positively motivate the athletes to excel both in and out of the gym, always keeping health and academics at the fore front. The training my son has received will greatly assist him with his high school's spring rowing program & present other options for summer and fall rowing. I highly recommend this program!"

"Thank you, Tyler and Clai, for all that you do. You inspire your rowers to dream big, motivate them to push their physical limits, and you create a culture of fun and camaraderie in the process. Beyond training and technique, it's fantastic that the kids learn from you about proper nutrition and, most importantly, they hear your message that education comes first. Without a doubt, the dedication demonstrated by your team is a direct result of the passion you share with them every day."

"Tyler's program is not just about building strength and rowing skills. It's about building character and team camaraderie. Tyler and Clai bring innovative ideas to the sport of rowing while working hard, reaching goals, and having fun! Thanks!"

"My son came into this IHP's program as it's youngest member. Over the past year he has grown in ways we never anticipated, not just as a rower, but as a committed, focused and motivated young man. We attribute this in great part to the coaching at IHP. While the coaching is extremely strong, the commitment, dedication and relationship the coaches develop with the kids has been nothing short of extraordinary. The strong role modeling, team work, comradery and accountability that are essential to character development at these fragile ages, are part of the fabric/philosopy of IHP. Our son goes for the coaches and has found an extended family among his fellow rowers".

"Dr. Page is an up-and-coming leader in the field of sports therapy. His model of evidence-based care, biomechanical expertise and clinical excellence clearly put him among the elite in his field. His passion and energy create a clinical environment that is ideal for the care of athletes. Those whom are looking to increase their functional capacity, rehabilitate injuries or enhance performance will benefit greatly from his care."

"Dr. Tyler Page has been a colleague of mine for the past five years. I cannot recall a time where he was not professional or courteous. He is relentless in his pursuit for clinical excellence and furthering not only his skills and knowledge, but for those around him, including other doctors, students and most importantly, patients. I continue to look forward to work with him and always am delighted to be recharged by his energy. For higher level neurological or musculoskeletal, research-supported care, I would recommend my patients, especially athletes, to Dr. Page."

"I had previous shoulder injuries stemming from college hockey and Dr. Page was able to find the cause of the dysfunction and treat it effectively. My shoulder would always have this constant ache and decreased mobility with overhead exercises. He used a number of treatment modalities such as Active Release, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Adjusting and Corrective Rehab Exercises to help stabilize my scapula and allow me to be pain free for the first time in a long time. He was very knowledgeable in his treatments and I felt confident that what he was doing was being of benefit to my health and overall performance on the ice. I have increased strength in my shoulder from the stabilization exercises that I was given and the constant ache that was there for so many years is now resolved."
