We came to Cindy with an unique request to perform appraisals for gemstones we had purchased from India as we suspected they were not genuine. We informed AMEX about our situation since we had used an AMEX card to pay for the stones. AMEX agreed to dispute the case. After a lot of paperwork back and forth AMEX finally came back and requested us for a professional gemstone appraisal from an "Independent Certified Gem Appraiser".It is then that we contacted Cindy.Cindy offered to write us a document with details specific to the American Express request. We received the document today from Cindy and it was well beyond our expectations. The document contained precise analysis of the gemstones along with comparative data cross referencing the stone certificates. Through meticulous measurements of all the stones, she proved beyond any doubt, that the stones were not genuine. I heartily recommend her for anyone looking for gem appraisal services.
