The whole week was horrible, so where do I begin? The air conditioning did not work. Like the individual below, we did not have any towels. The rooms had very thin walls. We could hear everything going on in the hall and other rooms. It was like a non stop party, very loud. There were cracks in the tile. When the lights were "on" they would randomly turn off and on. The electrical set-up is bad. The pool was not open for the first half of our stay and when it re-opened, the pool was very cold. The sauna did not work. For the price you pay, you would like to have these ammenities. You would be better off saving some money and staying somewhere nice!

When we arrived our unit was still being occupied by another couple. We had to wait for the other couple to remove their things. We then had to clean up after them, There were no towels and no dishes. They accused us of stealing these after we left! The employees were rude and used profanity towards my sister after they towed her car! I have never stayed at such a horrible establishment and have never been treated so rudely. If your looking to stay in Old Orchard, do no stay here!
