As a former employee, I can honestly say that Beach Babies should be shut down. The owner/director lacks essential business and education experience, and it is evident in the way she runs Beach Babies. Allison only cares about her paycheck at the end of the week, not the kids in her daycare. She hires people based on who she knows rather than actual experience. There is a very high staff turnover, most being high school aged girls who would rather be texting than watching the children. The staff regularly curses and there is no learning going on whatsoever. It is a free play for the entire day, with the exception of maybe a 3 minute circle time. Trust me when I say this, if you want a high quality daycare facility, do not send your children to Beach Babies.
