Stay away from this dealer. I bought a 2006 pre owned vehicle in April of 2009. After i got the car home (car only had 22,000 miles) I checked the oil and they never serviced the car!! The next day i brought to a mechanic, the front brakes needed to be replaced. I left the dealer with an empty tank of gas, and it took them approx. 4 hours to get the paperwork done!!! Also let the credit manager talked me into a crappy $1600.00 aftermarket warranty, my own fault on that one. Beware of Lorenson dealers trying to talk you into expensive aftermarket warranties.By the way, when the salesman give you to the credit manager, the credit manager is making commission and is going to do his best to sell you on these warranties and higher interest financing. Service Dept. is rude also.
