I used this Quest location several times during the past year. The staff has always been very friendly and professional. Today's experience with AnnMarie and others was great. I recommend this office without reservation.

Not very friendly, if possible use someone else. They only had one other person in the waiting room, it wasn't very busy, so there was no need to give off such negative vibes.

This place is a mess..they open at 7am I walked in at 720am and waited an hour to even be considered "checked in" there were not enough chairs for everyone and most of the people there were elderly. The lady doing sign in kept telling everyone she had just gotten into the building and letting walk ins go before people with appointments...i will never use this location again.

No one takes responsibility for their mistakes, every day someone else works there so if you tell them what happened to me their answer is I wasn't working that day. My doctor fax them papers twice and they lost it . Attitude is also questionable!,

The location and hours are convenient, however, the indifferent attitude of the office staff was surprising.

Also think the technician needed more experience drawing blood, as really felt the needle stick and had quite the bruise after, something that has not happened to me in a long time. Will not use that office again.
