Provided by YP.comI've had an issue regarding my membership and I have called, wrote a letter and 2 emails and zero response. Really? Your a smaller gym compared to others on the shoreline and beyond your outrageous criminal prices you can't even offer good customer service? Oh and by the way when you review your own gym it's very obvious.

Provided by YP.comMost gyms require their trainers to have certifications from nationally accredited institutions & this gym doesn't meet up to that same standard. They've hired people with little or no education & a bogus, online certification to train others. I've researched these certifications. You go online and take the test in your own home where you can look up the answers or get help from someone who actually IS educated. Then you pay $100.00 by credit card and BAM, you're a certified personal trainer. It's very irresponsible. Just look at their web site under personal trainers. Many of them are certified with the appropriate certifications but several are not. It makes me wonder if the ones who are legitimate have even bothered to keep them up to date. For this people are expected to pay ridiculous amounts of money, per session?! You can get the information you need to train properly online. The gym membership alone should provide you with a free orientation on how to use the equipment.
