Never had a problem with Old Town Taxi. Always reliable and friendly. Cars are clean and in good condition.

Horrible, rude, and acted like they didn't want business at all. Very entitled and they assume every customer is looking to cause problems. I was friendly and asked a simple question and got yelled at for being a moron? Sorry, I didn't plan my work schedule or for my car to break down. Use Dicks Taxi or have one from Bangor come out, because the will and it will be better service for the same price.

This was the worst cab company that I have ever called. They were so rude, so rude that I didn't even feel comfortable getting into a car with them. I could go on and on about the situation that actually did take place but that would take way too long. They called back after I told them that I was not going to use their service, and they still came anyway. I refused to get into the taxi with them and would have rather walked home in the rain then use their service.

whats the point in reviewing this company their just going to have it deleted so know one knows the truth about their company!! you take the good ones with the bad ones! if you have good service you should have nothing to worry about but people have the rights to their opinion thank you! i only gave them a star because it is making me choose a star for rating i would give them half a star if i could!!
