Provided by YP.comSandy and Averi (ofc managers) tried very hard to get to get my A/C up and running altho manufacturers sent a poorly refurbished compressor initially plus I had to wait a week for motor to replace a previous poorly refurbished motor that had only lasted a year. Had to wait 4 weeks in the Florida heat to finally have my ancient unit repaired but they kept me informed about what was going on, they even let me borrow a one-room cooler unit for a few days so that I and my small pets could get some relief.
Techs were professional and arrived for appointments in a timely manner after being assigned by AHS, a home warranty company. All in all, this was a good experience and I felt that they really cared about my welfare...

Provided by YP.comWe had a few AC Specialists come by the house to look at our AC and provide a plan to make things work properly as the A/C was terrible and was leaking in the Air Handler in the ceiling. We had a number of ideas from replacing all of the components and putting in two systems and re-locating the Air Handler and then the Air Doctor showed up. The technician was on time, knowledgeable and the vehicle was spotless. Within an hour he told us that the discharge line was plugged and when the drip pan filled up it tripped a switch which turned off the AC Unit. He rigged up a 30 foot long flexible bore device and slowly drilled it thru the line. Turned out the insulation in the attic had gotten into the drain line and that was the whole problem. He put in an easy to reach cleanout trap and for less than $300 the problem was solved. I had estimates for over $5000 and was so happy!

Provided by YPmobileIgnored our warranty company's final request for service or transfer for 8 days because they were upset that we declined a new AC unit purchase. Worst company ever! Left us without an AC for two weeks (to date) just to be spiteful because we cancelled the new AC unit order they talked my very ill wife into (in treatment for advanced stage cancer). I asked them to just replace our coil instead of installing a new unit we could not afford due to mounting medical bills, and they got upset at me! "Laura" is very abrasive and rude. She lied about receiving our authorization paperwork from our warranty company. When we came out to talk with them at 4pm, they told us they were closed and asked us to leave. All online records say they close at 5pm. Horrible people with horrible business ethics.

Provided by YP.comRequested a service call and response was fairly quick. Pricing was ridiculous and inflexible. Was told there was nothing that could be done about cost and that the boss is unreasonable. Uh hmm... Beware of Air Doctor. There are too many other better alternatives. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Provided by YP.comThe last guy said it all. Late, another promise... late again. Rude to tenants. Sloppy work for something that should have been easy to fix. Then the company rep was rude, and blamed everything on the warranty company; even the electrician I paid to come out and repair the damage done by their service person. In part, it was the warranty companies fault for using Air Doctor and causing so many consequential problems. It would have been less expensive to just save the warranty cost and call my normal AC guy to start with. I would never recommend these people.

Provided by YP.comSlow service, poor coomunication, does not return calls,
or communicate with the warranty company. My a/c has not worked for 8 days. I would recommend you try someone who understands waht customer service means. These people do not.
We at Air Doctor work very hard to service our customers quickly and effectively. I can only guess that the person writing this was having trouble with their home warranty company. If they will call us we will find a way to resolve the issue.
