The process was super simple and they were willing to work with me as I was unexpectedly told I was having a C-Section and I did not have the package. The package arrived in record time and we were able to collect all of the samples they needed. We called the toll free number and again, great service and they picked up the package very quickly. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

My childs cord blood is stored at CryoCell and I couldn't be happier. After numerous hours researching reliable companies, Cryo Cell exceeded all my expectations. They have amazing customer service reps that are extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of stem cells. Also, after delivery the Cryo Cell team was right on the ball with picking up the bag of cord blood and delivering it to the lab asap. My husband and I chose cryo cell after my sister in law used them. They were great in getting everything set up for us and answered all of our questions.

The customer service was excellent and they come highly recommended. The kit was easy enough to use and I couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went and the level of service I received. My Cyrocell representative is Justin and he is absolutely the best! He is amazing and extremely knowledgable. So friendly and very outgoing and pleasant to talk to on the phone. My first son was two months early and I did not have my kit yet. I called him and told him what was going on and he personally made sure that I got it in time. Tracked it for me and called to give me updates on its progress. He truly believes in his work.

Very great Company. With my first baby I was more than nervous and didn't have to worry about my son's stem cell storage at all. Cryo-Cell covered everything. They were a real pleasure to deal with and the customer satisfaction was excellant. They sent the package that I needed to take to the hospital way in advance. I had no worries at all with this company and everything went smooth. Definetley would recomend.

I first used Cryo-cell 12 years ago with the birth of our daughter. Te customer service was so wonderful we did not hesitate to use them again in 2011 with the birth of our new daughter. Even though the price has gone up in 12 years we were please to know that we received a discount. We would recommend cryo-cell to all expecting parents.

I am pleased with this company. I started my process late and they were super fast to send me everything needed. I am happy I picked this company. hopefully I wont have any issues in the future. I pray I would never need it either but just in case I thank God I made the right choice

Great company! Professional, easy and kind. Every representative was helpful in explaining the process to our family, and because I was high risk for an early delivery they sent my box early per their suggestion. Thank goodness they did! We had our baby a month earlier then expected. We wouldn't recommend anyone else. We will definitely be banking here for our next child. Thanks so much!

My experience with Cryocell was so smooth and I couldn't have asked for anything better! The paperwork was easy and they explained the whole process clearly to me over the phone. After my kit came in, all I had to do was sign the contract and bring it with me and the nurses handled it from there.

We chose cryo cell after much research! It was the beat choice for us and our family!! Very nice and knowledgeable staff and the kit was here within days!!

My transaction was very easy; they were very helpful and responded to every question I had in a timely manner.

The only place that could improve is their chat services, but then again is hard to communicate when you are not in person.
