I have been eating at eves for about the past 20 years the food is always good the staff is great they do not have a high turnover of waitresses which tells you that it's a decent place to work and anytime I have company coming from out of town I always take them to eat there. I recommend if you want a great hamburger or Thursday taco salad open faced roast beef the breakfasts are awesome .... just an all around good place recommend to anybody

From the outside looking in it is not much to look at but the staff and exceptional service and food more than make up for the appearance. The pancakes are phenominal and very reasonably priced for the large serving. Don't pass this great Oldsmar gem. If you go on a Saturday or Sunday Morning expect a wait...the whole town is already there.
