Provided by YP.comI am very pleased with my TRX v.11 irons. I have hit the ball straighter and about 10 yards more per club compared to my old clubs. I was very happy with the service and the people that help me to get the right fit of the clubs.

Provided by YP.comI have been buying my golf equipment from GigaGolf for several years. I have a GXz driver, the GX922 irons and I just bought the S2 in a 56 degree. Customer service has always been excellent. The quality of the products is top notch. Getting my clubs custom fit through the eFit system made a big difference in my game. And finally, the clubs are affordable. Highly recommended!

Provided by YP.comFirst I would like to say of the clubs I received I like them. For clones they hit well and their website is easy to use and customize your clubs. This merchant is getting 2 stars because of their customer service. I am an IT professional and I am pretty easy going when it comes to mistakes as long as there is good customer service. I ordered a full set of clubs. Unfortunately one of the clubs was on back order. Although I received all of my confirmation e-mails I did not receive an e-mail about the backorder. After a week and a half I logged in to see that the club was backordered and my whole order was held up because of it. I called their customer service and was adamantly told I was sent an e-mail. My spam folder was clean and I got other e-mails from them but hey I'll give them the benefit of the doubt despite being offended at the reps attitude. I paid extra to have the clubs overnighted to me minus the 1 missing club so I could have them in time for my trip. 2 weeks later it's still backordered so I call and see if I could switch to a diff color that was instock. I got an e-mail confirmation that they made the change and would be shipping shortly. 2 weeks later again I send another e-mail asking for status and they reply we just got the equipment in stock. I promptly reply to see if it's the first or second choice color that's in stock and why would I change the club if they were both out of stock?!? I got no reply only an automated message saying they are building my club and shipping. It's now been another week and no tracking number so I have to take time out of my day again to call them and try to get the club refunded or receive my tracking #. If I don't get any traction tomorrow I will be dropping my rating to 1 star and seeking atleast 3 other forums to report my story.
