I love Panera Bread and often buy lunch for me and my husband, but only in that Panera, on Curlew Rd, I never ever see my order is prepared well and something on 3-5 dollars always missed.
For example today 09/22/2015, nobody stayed in line, and staff has enough time to packed my take out lunch, but, soon I came home, i found same trick, they do not put 2 sourdough bowls and 1 chips. It is not mistake, because I never see extra something added in my bag, but always missed items.
Normally, I not complainer, but because it happen again and again in same Panera place, finally I decided to share my bad experience..
