I ordered a hot tub cover in July 08 and still haven't received it. It is now August 10. On my email order invoice Solis Spa states that the spa cover will be ready in 12-14 business days and ship within 24 hours. I have called three times only to have a very rude receptionist tell me it will be the next week only it does not arrive. I called this morning and the same woman told me this week, but when I pressed her on this she got angry and hung up on me. Now I wonder if I will get it at all. I can't seem to get ahold of anyone else in the company which scares me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
