Our experience with Tampa Bay Pawn of Oldsmar was awful, and I hope to save any other potential customers from unwanted trouble associated when dealing with this pawn shop. I went on Saturday to look around. At the shop I found a safe for sale, so I inquired to the worker, Kyle, about the price of the safe, which he stated was 100 dollars. I explained that I needed to take a measurement first, and I was told to come back anytime and that the same deal would be offered. The item fit so I went back to the shop on Tuesday, but after a 40 minute car drive (each way) Kyle raised the price of the safe to 125 dollars. I kindly explained that I was given the price of 100 dollars and showed him a text I did from the store on Saturday to my son which stated a 100 dollar price, but the worker, Kyle, would not honor the deal. Kyle was extremely rude because he was playing on his computer and refused to even make eye contact, this was easily the worst customer service I had ever received.
