1 star because they dont have 0! We bought a Brand new camper several months ago.. the first time we took it out it the air didn't work, the toilet leaked and the stove would note light.. we took it to the shop mid september and still havent heard anything about it! They will not answer the phone when we call nor call us! we are making payments on something we do not even have. we are about to get a lawyer! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Heading back home after fleeing from Hurricane Irma, Dennis and his crew in the Service Dept. helped me check my oil and top it off so I could get home safe as I had to leave FL in such a hurry and wasn't able to do my pre-trip maintenence. The only thing good about their service dept. is John Atkins. If you can get Big John, he will take care of you

Horrible customer service and return/exchange policy. Attempted to exchange a part ordered at campingworld.com and wouldn't give me the time of day. Parts ordered online cannot be returned of exchanged in-store. Thanks Camping World!

They treated us badly also our RV was there in there shop for over 8 months for warranty work on a brand new 2014 Keystone. They never returned calls. They lost our keys we had items stolen from our RV and they have yet to do anything about. Finally I had manufacturer pick it up. Very bad experience. They always had excuses instead of taking care of the problems.

Horrible Customer Service. We had our RV on consignment here and phone calls are never returned. No one has an answer to your questions and when they tell you they will call you back they never do.
