On 7/27/18, I visited Desoto Auto Sales on a referral to see Cody. Unfortunately, the experience was humiliating.

I was approached on the lot by Cody not once but twice. On the second approached, I informed him that I was interested in looking and test driving the Lexus. Immediately his demeanor changed.

He requested my driver's license and went inside However, after 15 minutes of waiting on the lot and he didn't return I went inside. Once inside it was PERFECTLY clear based on my appearance and nationality, that I was NOT a suitable candidate to even look or test drive this type of vehicle

Moreover, Cody and his male counterparts made it INCREASINGLY clear that I was NOT welcomed at this establishment. After, an additional 10 minutes of waiting, I was given the excuse by Cody and his male counterparts of "Unfortunately we can not find the key"

Unfortunately that this type of bad behavior. and business practices are now the norm.

Just bought a car, and Jim Causey made the process smooth and painless! I highly recommend Desoto Auto Sales for their helpful, friendly employees and straightforward approach to doing business. Thanks Jim and Don! **vroom vroom**

After driving 3 hours to buy a car the vehicle was not as listed. The add said that it was in showroom condition which it was definitely not. There was a good bit of wear on the inside of the car but the major problem was that it was having a/c problems. I felt like all of this should have already been checked out before having someone to drive three hours to look at it.

I will go back and buy from them

obviously ppl will only point fingers when something went wrong

but we bought an 06 honda accord 2 months ago and been running so good the interior was in like new condition the engine looks very clean thumbs ups for this guys ill go back and buy and other car from them in a heart beat

Thought we were buying a good truck but after one month of having the truck and working out of town the truck broke down. Desoto auto sales refused to help with any repairs and after just 8 months we have put over $6000 in repairs on a truck that only had 80,000 miles. Bought the extra warranty and it never covered anything. We tried to trade it in on something else and they refused to help us they said they didn't want that truck back. After going to another dealership we discovered that there was a odometer discrimination and we can't even get rid of the truck because of it. Now we r filing a formal complaint with the motor vehicle commission and they said it was not even legal for them to sell that truck without disclosing that info. Don't ever buy from them.

Avoid if you can!

Some of their cars look nice but have many unnoticable flaws that may leave you frustrated after buying. I checked out several vehicles and ended up buying one that later found has leaks & engine noises and other problems all over the car. Donald is a greedy jerk and will try to suck every penny out of you. He was very rude and I almost didn't buy the car because of this even though I regret it due to the problems it has and I feel cheated. DO NOT deal with this place, go to a more reputable dealer and do your research on where ever you go and especially on the lender before signing.

We recently purchased a used car from desoto auto sales and after searching the web and on foot got the best deal possible with excellent service from our salesman and his GM we will definitely be repeat customers,

My husband & I visited Desoto Auto Sales on 2/6/10. We were looking to buy a Chevy Avalanche they had. I got a great first impression from them after talking to them over the phone multiple times. However, after driving 200miles to test drive this vehicle with the intentions of bringing it home, I was quite upset with them. The vehicle I went to purchase had extensive rust damage to the underbody as well as under the hood. The seller never mentioned any of this even though he knew how far I would be driving. The motor of the truck also seemed to be slipping. If you buy from them, do a lot of research before hand. You may even want to take a mechanic with you!
