Forget about every getting anyone to answer the phone. Short little man at the front desk doesn't appear to be equipped with the skill set needed to sit upright in a chair much less help those in need. This place needs to be shut down and the people that run it barred from helping people. Reminds me exactly of the office that the now infamous Richard Farmer MD use to run and now Dr. Farmer is a convicted felon so go figure.

our second Visit he seems to be ok , but let me tell you the girl or child that is at front desk does not need to be working there seems to me she needs to be talking to one of the doctors something wrong with that girl. she has problems .very rude and not helpful at all .they do she does not do her job she has told me almost 2 weeks ago she was going to fax papers to a doctor for one of the children i'm adopting still nothing I call every other day he needs his medicine and she does not care .this is crazy that they keep someone in there like that with a ugly look and hatefulness as soon as you open the door . she hates her job never smiles she don't know what she's doing clearly she does not know how to talk to people that's for sure . you will looses all kinds of business with her there people talk all the time about going somewhere else because of whatever she calls herself at the desk because to not do your job for kids under 8 years of age something needs to be done .fire her

Would not listen to what i had to say. highly negative person. Would never recommend this person to even the most unstable person. Yells at his clients. uses bad language towards his clients. Only wants to hear himself speak. Recently lost a child at two months old, takes that pain out on his clients. Irrational. illogical. I have been going to this man for about 4 months for a total of 7 counseling sessions. He has put me down, has had no regard for what's been going on in my life much less helped me cope with my problems, changes his story every visit, accused me of things i haven't done, forgets your case one session to the next, repeats the same problems he has with you over and over again, brings his personal life to work thus hurting other clients, does not recognize any positive progress clients express, has no regard for other peoples emotions. I honestly do not see how this man ever got his PhD. I would not wish this person on my worst enemy.
