Very unprofessional trainer. The first time I was disappointed I did not leave any reviews. The second time we were disappointed by the Petco Olive Branch trainer I was very angry at wasting my time and my money. In August I signed up and paid for a training class that was supposed to begin on September 25. When I came for the first class they did not know what I was talking about and had changed the training classes on the calendar without notifying me. My contact information was on the form that I filled out in August. Very poor customer service.

We took our schnauzer to be groomed and she came out with her neck & ear cut. Last time we took her something similar but not as severe happened and we told the groomer before hand and she assured us it would not happen this time. Not only did it happen, it was worse. My dog is miserable and in pain.. Her neck is raw! We will see the manager today but what can they do? The damage is done. Ridiculous & shame on you for rushing to make more money and cutting up an animal.

The new store is great and they have an awesome dog trainer. She is very knowledgable and goes out of her way to ensure everyone understands what she is saying.
