Bad Service Raw-Cold Food

On Sunday 11/30/08 we were traveling home from Thanksgiving and stopped at Wendy's at 12:15pm. The line was not long, but the wait was over 20 minutes. We spent over $17.00 and got fries that were raw and cold inside, the burgers had been cooked at breakfast and were also cold. I was not even sure the food was safe to eat!! The chille was short on meat compared to other times I have eaten it, and it is my favorite food on the menu. The bathroom was dirty and did not have towels or paper. I will not be eating at any Wendy's since they do not do quality control for the franchise fees they charge. I could not find the contact information to make a complaint to corporate headquarters. DON'T EAT THE FOOD!!
