I am the Resident Manager here at Lincoln Pointe. As you can see, this rating was given waaayy back in 2005. The complex is completely different now and under new management. It seems that we have had a bad reputation in the past but I can assure you that you wouldn't even know if by seeing it today. In fact if you call the Yuba County Sheriffs Department they will tell you that it is one of the safest communities.
We have functions monthly and there is a sense of community here. We are also centrally located between both the 65 and 70 freeways and only 10 minutes from the Beale AFB gate!!!
