Some drivers are very nice especially Doug Morgan, however I have had a few issues with the driver Bill.. he most of the time has a not so friendly attitude and tonight topped the cake.. I was told that 4 people can ride but an adult has to ride in the front seat and wear a seatbelt.. We have all 4 road with Bill before but tonight after waiting an hour for the cab to show up when we went to get in the cab to take our kids out to dinner Bill informed us that he doesn’t open his front seat to just anyone.. We said fine if that’s the case we’ll walk and he pulled out and left.. very unprofessional and if I do decide to use the cab company again I’ll definitely request that he not be sent to me even if I have a longer wait.. but personally I would rather walk then to take the chance of waiting an hour and then being told we can’t ride.. I gave three stars because every employee affects the business..

I had to use yellow cab of Oak Ridge, different hours, the cabs were clean the first ride was a female friendly, and efficient, the next wthe cab was warm, clean, and my driver Doug was friendly. Needless to say I dropped my small leather holder, with all my Ids, debit ,and credit cards, I'm not rich, so panicking I called, he had already turned it in, the next morning Jimmy, his brother, also warm, friendly, gave me my stuff back, the First Lady was their niece. All in the family, GREAT CAB SERVICE!!!!! I recommend them 100%!!!!!!!!! GREAT HONEST EFFICIENT SERVICE!!!!!!

Contacted this Cab service form Harriman Tn (11.5 miles from there office) was told they do not service Harriman only the Oakridge area. When asked why they were listed in the Harriman are Taxi services the person on phone stated was the phone companies fault.

This business sucks! I called them at 10:15 and at 11:15, still not here. And at 10:40 started trying to call them and all I could get was answering machine. If they don't want to be open, close. Don't tell someone that they will be here and just not show up! Somebody needs to open up another service and put them out of business!!!!! Wouldn't be hard to do! If he shows up, I'll be the first to apologize, but I'm willing to bet, he never intended to show up!
