Excellent management. Kevin and Linda are really decent people, very straight up about rules and regulations, and very fair. Keep the park in excellent condition and maintain the status quo. It is obvious that they monitor the type of people living on the estate--all of whom appear to be very decent people, clean, tidy and well-mannered. We've been here two months and hope to acquire long term residency. It is one of the best RV parks we have visited. Thanks go out to management in acknowledgment of them. Kevin is actually an amazing man, we learn things from him literally on a daily basis, he has a knowledge base on just about everything--but, heaps and heaps on RVs. Thank you Kevin and Linda!

i lived at this park for close to 5 years. an let me just say this. the managment needs to be replaced! once he (kevin) (management found out about my father past,he set his mind of getting us outa there. it took awhile an a few b.s. pappers saying we broke the rules we got wrote up for everything he could think of even having a car parked on our grass. this man is on a serious power trip! hes not from the usa an makes it a point to show is dislike for americans.hes rude, creepy, an just plain a jerk.theres been MANY complaints to the attourney generals office. theres been a patition, theres been assault cases all against management of alderbrook estates. the owner gordy is a very nice older man his wife passed away not to long ago an is rarely at his home in the park, hes blind to see that kevin is going to run his investments into the ground. so please take my words into consideration. KEVIN evicted me my father an my 2 year old son, we did fight the eviction but ended up agreeing to sell our home to him for 8,000 because we knew the constant harrassment an violation of privacy would not stop, he was gonna get us out of there. we just wanted to live in peace an for him to leave us alone.we lost everything because this man.were homeless because a little man with a big mans complex couldnt take the face that we wouldnt be intimidated by him.dont stay here!

I was a weary traveler that needed to stop for a nights rest. I got off exit 102 following signs boasting of an R.V. park. I was taken back by how rude and unprofessional the manager was. If you don't like bieng bothered DON,T BE A MANAGER AT AN R.V. PARK! Another countries flag flying infront of the trailer that says management. Wake up it's JULY your in AMERICA.

Our one night stay was the last. The Management was very rude and seemed as if we were a bother. He put us in a sight that was not set up for our R.V. model. We could not hook up properly. When we asked for a shower key,due to the fact we could not properly hook-up, we were told it was$10.00 extra. You should not put an unprofessional employee in charge of the main customer service transactions.
