Not happy with Aztec's customer service or employees after our recent visit. Being a small business they should treat their customers better. Soon enough it will start to hurt their business.

I 've never encountered such rude service before. The alley was dead, but he not only refused to let me switch lanes to allow my son to reach our food from the stairs, Matt informed that they need to alternate lane usage and "you asked and I answered!" When I called him out on his poor skills @ working with the public, he refused to give my son a ball because "I"m going to give you one last chance to stop being rude" I took my business to the Westside Lanes and they were very friendly and accomodating and a much nicer facility. Matt has alot to learn about how to treat people, and they are losing business because of his punk attitude. Another patron was leaving as I was and told me that it was the worst service that she has experienced and my adult daughter has voiced the same opinion on both of our visits. Three strikes and you"re out! Westside Lanes appreciates your patronage :)

Great bowling alley and the owners are terrific too! They supported the Kids Bowl Free program this summer and my daughters and I had a ton of fun!

The place is clean the owners are wonderful they are always willing to help and give pointers it is just a great place to bowl
