Great customer service up to the point that you walk out of their doors with a car. Why would a Honda dealership stand behind a used Honda? That's just too much to expect I guess! Car breaks down before I even make my first payment and They aren't even willing to split the cost of a new part with me. Thanks sales team, especially you Rob! Really great business mind! Now I have a used Honda civic that I can't drive! What a waste of time and money! If you're in the market for a used car you might as well try you luck with the wolves on South Tacoma Way. Hahaha

We bought a used car from a guy named Lenny, he was the best there. We own 3 other hondas and have them taken there for all of the service needs. The service people we use is with a girl named Lea, she has fixed all issues with the car and has messed up once but she ended up fixing the car for free. If you want a good dealership, you can not beat these guys.
