The owner has retired and no longer in business. YP needs to update their listings.

I used this business because I saw my neighbor using the same one and mistakenly thought it would be a good choice.It was awe full! I waited a week to get my mower back just for a yearly check up. My mower came back with some of the nuts and screws either loose or missing,and the pull string too tight causing it to disengage from the frame. Letting the man know that only got me a rude response. I am now looking to have my mower repaired not just maintained.

I dont know why this guy the owner of the shop Jeff Pitzeler is rude and mean. I was only talking to him in a nice way after we spent more than $140 on our Honda lawn mower but he kept cutting me off and talk in a rude way and he dont work for free trying to charge us exactly the same amount of money for the same service that we have done with him last year. We used the lawn mower for only one time after winter, I followed his employee advice for the proper storing way during winter but he still not convinced and kept saying how we forgot and how the human brain only remember 10%. It is really bad business save yourself the hassle and if you really want to check them out see their Better Business Bureau rating or just give the guy a call and check the way he deal with things.

Doneright pick up and delivered my lawnmower for no additional charge. They tuned it up and washed it and also gave me valuable information on how to keep it running all season. GOOD JOB thanks.

Was quoted a price for tune up service and told nothing additional would be done - or charges incurred without my prior approval. Not the case! Presented a bill for highter than promised, indicating parts were replaced. I was never contacted about any parts or extra charges. When I questioned the amount the owner was a complete Jerk! Said he would just put the broken parts back on if I didn't like it and that he was too busy call for additional approval of additional parts or charges. If he had been decent and appologized I would probably have been more receptive, but the guy was really rude and obviously doesn't need new business. Beware!
