Everyone at this location has been amazing to work with. I rent cars a lot and have never gotten such great service at any location or with any company. The manager Will does a great job leading his people.

I rented a car via Enterprise Olympia location and my rent duration was for 2 weeks. So in between the second week I get a voice mail from one of the person form the Olympia office I need to make the payments of else I will be removed from the car whereas I had completed the payments needed on the time of rentals. So I visit the Olympia office and ask the person there I got such a call and I want to make the remaining outstanding payments which was close to $1000, so this is one part of the long story.
Part 2 - I return the car on my end contract date and the person at the front desk assures me that the security hold that they have on my card will be refunded back in 24 hours, but I had to follow up with them for 2 weeks further to get the refund in my bank account.
Enterprise Olympia location did not have a track of how one contract was processed and would not give any date when the refund amount will be processed.
Also, they were pointing/ directing the case to other co-workers when every I went to discuss the issue with them giving the reason that the previous person you talked to was new.
Unfortunately, there are very less rental car options in Olympia,WA

I was disappointed with my last rental because when I called the location to verify my ride, the agent told me that they weren't able to pick me up because he was the only one working. It took me another 30+ mins trying to get my friend to drop me off to get my rental. When I arrived at the location, there were 3 other people along wit the agent I spoke to inside the office. He apologized but I was late to my meeting that day.

I rented a car from enterprise in Lacey Washington on Pacific Avenue.
The day I picked it up I was in a big hurry me and the representative went over the car on the outside for damages but we did not inspect the inside. I noticed not too long after that the car had a terrible musky odor and it was filthy with stains on the seats foods in the console so something sticky on the dashboard. I stopped at the store and bought a bottle of febreeze so I could drive the car. When I return the car over a week later I was rudely informed in front of other customers that I had to pay $150 fine for smoking in the car. I do not smoke !! the representative was very rude to me and treated me like I was some kind of a leper in front of other customers he rolled his eyes in his head several times as we were speaking. I was mortified that I was being treated so badly when I don't even smoke I tried to talk to him but was just rudely spoken to in front of other customers. I would've appreciated it if he had not done all this in front of other customers or argued with me in front of them it was quite embarrassing. I ended up paying the fine I called the manager several times wrote her an email asking for a response she never contacted me. I have rented cars from enterprise for over 10 years both personally and for business sometimes on a monthly basis. I
would never rent a car from enterprise In Lacey Washington on Pacific Avenue again. I wonder if every enterprise location does the same type of business. I think that it is some kind of scam to get people to pay for them cleaning their cars. The car did need to be detailed but
it was that way when I picked it up. be careful when you rent a car from this place go through it inside and out .
