I came in to inquire about there services and even though its by appointment she told me to bring my items inside, but before that she asked me if they stunk-I said I am a nonsmoker and then she preceeded to ask if I went to McDonalds beforehand. This was very rude, I was not dressed slumpy but she treated me as if I was a dirty person or something. She looked at me once I brought the items in and told me to hang them on the rack and wait while she helped this other lady, which was before me so it was fine. She looked over the dresses then helped the other customer. I then waited. During this time the owner ran out to pay her meter, answered 2 personal phone calls, ingnored other customers and then proceeded to helping the first customer. I sat and waited and more than 20 minutes later she says, "young lady, I am not interested in these things. There not the right color."



AS IF THIS ZONED OUT SHOP OWNER COULDN'T HAVE TOLD ME THE COLOR WAS WRONG WHEN I WALKED IN WAS BEYOND ME. I WAS OUTRAGED SHE WASTED MY TIME AND DID OTHER BUSINESS BESIDES CARING FOR HER SHOP AND CUSTOMERS.



HORRIBLE SERVICE-STINKY CLOTHES-RAGGEDY SHOES ALL OVERPRICED! RIDICULOUS
