I'm super disappointed, I was told they are the best and I drove 4 hrs after the guy told me he would be there to look at some stuff I need done, and I get there and he's not there at all. I messaged him he told me he wasn't going to be in today. Wow not only did I drive 4 hrs to see the so called best of the best, he wouldn't even meet me for just 5 minutes, after I told him I drove 4 hrs to be there after he told me he would be there and now I get to drive 4 hrs back to were I am staying for the weekend. Wow!

Very unprofessional people. Emailed me the day before my appointment which i booked 3 months in advance, to tell me that they have to reschedule. That something is going on later. Cant you keep your previous engagements? After trying to reschedule with none of our day matching i asked for a refund. Then i was told they dont offer refunds and have been fexible with me. Would give them 0 stars if possible. Ruined my experience for a first tattoo.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH A DEPOSIT. I paid $50 for artwork I never received. They told me several times they were going to send it and never did. Then when I showed up there they acted like they had it and told me they would send it to me that night, I never got it. They lied and blew me off. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. RIP OFF.
