Worst experience ever! We were given a damaged couch, we immediately called to report the damage. My father, who has back issues and myself who is 6 mos pregnant loaded the couch up and returned it. Nearly a wk later we came to get the couch, and saw that it was in worse condition than when we returned it! After calling the store and being told it wasn't their issue and then referred to the place that "repairs" the furniture, we were told we needed to send pictures. We immediately did that. Now we have to wait until Monday to hear what you guys plan to do. Additionally, we purchased an extended 5 yr warranty for $129. Even though this has nothing to do with that warranty, and should be fixed because you gave us a damaged product, you would think that you guys would figure out someway to get this resolved immediately. I have pictures of the damage and am going to share them with everyone. As a small business owner, I am part of two local chamber of commerces and many local business networking groups. I am going to freely discuss this awful experience with everyone.

DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN!!! I went into FFD last night looking to spend almost $6000. The store manager Chris had a personal grudge against someone who was helping my husband and me pick out a new bedroom set and couch. The store manager had an employee bring my friend a note telling her to leave and that she was unwelcome. When we went to speak with him he told us he would be glad to lose our business and any other business from friends we may have. I have never experienced such poor service from a STORES MANAGER before that I am writing this review in hopes you won't have to go through bad customer service either. I recommend shopping at a local store such as Mattingly's where the employees are all about customer service! Don't waste your money on a man who doesn't believe in customer service!!!!!!!!!!!
