Terrible Service From Store Manager!

I was recently shopping there when I had a question about a price. I asked an older "gentleman" which turned out to be the store manager Jerry Kingston. He acted as if I was wasting his time and that I was trying to steal the item in qestion! All I wanted was a price, but because of this terrible service I will NEVER be shopping there again!

shoes

Since you put shoes in the aisles with clothing it makes it much harder to look upward and try to look at clothes too. Plus to pass another person with a cart is impossible. I also would like to say that you notice odors of shoes more now than before. It is not as pleasant as once was. The price increase is hard to believe being all has been donated and the economy the way it is. However, I guess you big shots like making the big bucks.

I use to shop at the Goodwill stores once a week, but now since all the stores in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma have been rearranged, I don't like shopping there. It's like a junk store. Who ever decided to changed the lay-out of the store has missed the mark. It does not feel enjoyable to shop there. My granddaughter has grown up wearing goodwill items. I really feel that you should change the store back the way it was. I have no were to shop now. I miss my weekly shopping spree.Kick whoever in the back side.
