Great Place good service

I bought a lemon from a local car lot in Olympia. Each and every time I took my car to J&H they would drop me off and drive my vehicle to me and shop insurance covered them. So far I have spent about $2,700 with them to fix all the issues with great service each time! They are quick and know what they are doing. They are often much cheaper than any other shop around. So if you want good service at a good price go to J&H Auto....

Amazing Auto Shop

We have been taking our cars there for years. John the owner is so great. He is a car magician! He is so honest and an all around great guy. You can always count on being told the truth and getting your car fixed properly. We will never go anywhere else!

If you run a business like this, you wont be around very long

We own a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe and recently had j&h change the timing belt, three months had passed when we heard a grinding noise and took it to the dealer, they informed us that the timing belt was not installed correctly, the drive belts were loose, a bolt was missing from the alternator!!!, and something with the power steering was out of place and not bolted down. we took the results to dishonest John and requested the $599.99 back, he then proceeded to tell us we should have let him fix the problem and it was his right to do so, I told him that we were not comfortable considering the serious mistakes made in the first place!! he said I'll think about it. I kept my cool and left. It is my mission to spread the word about dishonest john and his SLOPPY mechanics. I would recommend taking your car to the dealer, they have more resources and factory trained technicians.

bad experience

I had a terrible experience with this business. I went in for a full cooling system service. About 3 weeks later, I took the car in to have them check it out before going on a 3000 mile trip. They told me the radiator was leaking and I would need a new one ($600 range). I asked why they didn't notice anything might be wrong when they did the cooling system service, and they didn't give me an answer, other than "the cold weather might have cracked it" (it hadn't even gotten below freezing yet). So, I paid for a new radiator. Then during my trip, in the middle of North Dakota when the wind chill was -22, I had no heat in my car, so I waited for a day to find a home-mechanic on New Years Day to take a look at the car. When he opened the hood he just laughed, and it got worse as he looked around. J & H had gotten "silicone-happy" and there was blue gunk everywhere to seal the radiator. This guy removed all of that for me and put a better seal on. Then he said that they had just
